FORTUNA ’60 SUMMER ADVANCED JUNIOR TRAINING CLINICS

With the competition of the 2014 GSL Winter Season, the Fortuna ’60 Soccer Club is now offering to all Club Junior Players registered with FFV MyfootballClub for Fortuna ‘60 during the 2014 Season a chance to participate in a trial Summer Advanced Junior Training Clinics Program.

The Club has organized with some very experienced and accredited Senior Soccer Coaches to conduct the Advanced Training Sessions; this will be a unique opportunity for Fortuna ’60 Junior Players to receive some Specialist Training with a focus on high level “one on one” training.

Key Program Points:

1. Advanced Soccer Drills and Training Techniques
2. Liaison with Junior Coaches in terms of developmental needs of individual players.
3. The Program is designed for Junior players between the ages of 12 – 16  who would be considered to already hold a moderate level of skill within their relevant age group.
4. The Training is designed to provide practical soccer skills that Junior players can understand and easily apply to improve their match day skills levels.
5. Depending on the number of Junior players who show interest in participating it may be necessary to rotate some children through the program.
6. Please also understand that this Summer Advanced Junior Training Clinics Program is designed for Junior players who will dedicate themselves to the discipline required of the higher level training sessions that will be provided, so please remember the commitment that is required of you before you apply to participate.

Sessions will be conducted at the Fortuna ’60 Ground as follows:

Program Commencement: Wednesday 22^nd October 2014

Timing: 5.00pm to 6.30pm

Please remember to bring your Boots / Socks and Shin Guards (compulsory) and your own Water Bottle (compulsory).
