Gippsland Soccer League Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: 24th November 2014
Time: 7.00pm
Venue: Traralgon Olympians, Harold Preston Reserve
(Cnr Franklin Street & Davidson Street Traralgon).
The positions up for election are:
(a) Chairman
(b) Treasurer
(c) Board Position
(d) Board Position
Each member of the Board will hold office for 2 years.
The Board is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Competitions, representing the GSL at meetings, functions etc.
All member clubs MUST have their AGM’s prior to the Leagues AGM and have committees and delegates decided.
One month prior to the AGM the Board will call for nominations for any vacancies and ask for any notices of motion.
Notices of motion will be circulated to all member clubs, so that they can be discussed at their club meetings.
Nominations are to be made in writing and signed by any Two Clubs of the Gippsland Soccer League and received by the Secretary 7 days prior to the AGM.
