MONASH SOCCER CLUB GOES PINK
on SATURDAY 13TH & SUNDAY 14TH OF JUNE
for the Female Football & Pink Ribbon Weekend at Torres Street, Newborough.
We are asking our members and the community to show their support by wearing something pink to the club on this weekend.
This event has been designed to promote Female Football in the Gippsland Region, encourage participation in outdoor activity & to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Research.
The players and members from Monash Soccer Club are looking forward to promoting this weekend for such a worthy cause.
ON SATURDAY THE 13TH JUNE
KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR B1 AND B2 AROUND THE GROUNDS FROM 9:30AM. (GOLD COIN DONATION FOR YOUR PHOTO WITH B1 AND B2 DONATED TO CANCER COUNCIL)
- 9:30am Under 7’s and Under 9’s
Games To mark this special event for female football we would like to get a photo of all the Under 7 and Under 9 girls from all clubs together after their games if possible. - 10:30am Under 11’s
- 10:30am Under 13 Girls v Falcons
- 11:45am Under 16 Girls v Fortuna
- 1:00pm Under 14 Boys v Fortuna
ON SUNDAY THE 14TH JUNE – MONASH V’S FORTUNA
- 11:00am 2 nd Division
- 1:00pm Reserves
- 1:00pm Senior Women - Match of the Day The winner of this match is awarded the Pink Ribbon Trophy.
- 3:00pm Senior Men
ALL PROFITS FROM RAFFLE, SAUSAGE SIZZLE AND PINK SOCKS, PINK LACES AND PINK RIBBON’S, PHOTO’S WITH B1 & B2 WILL BE DONATED TO: CANCER COUNCIL – PINK RIBBON
