Call for nominations to coach at the 2015 Junior State Cup

Here is your chance to give back to the game you love!!

We want the best coaches we can get to help develop our next generation of players and we would love for you to apply.

Junior State Cup is held February 20-22^nd 2015 in Port Macquarie.

We will need coaches for all the following teams:

Under 12 Girls & Boys

Under 14 Girls & Boys

Under 16 Girls & Boys

Under 18 Girls & Boys

Applications for coaches close 30th September with successful applicants being named in October.

Selection trials for players are to be held on Sunday 12^th October.

Coaches travel & accommodation are covered by the Touch Association.

A minimum of Level 1 in coaching is required for Under 12’s and 14’s and a Level 2 Coaching Certificate for Under 16’s and Under 18’s.

If you don’t have the qualifications required, but would like to be considered, there will be opportunities to complete the coaching certificates prior to the carnival. We just need your commitment to complete the Certificates and we will notify you of the dates these courses will be held. We want the best coaches with the most to offer our juniors, not necessarily the most qualified.

The association also has people who are prepared to help coaches in their professional development should this be of interest to new coaches.
