Voting is now open in the next stage for the PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Under 23 All-Stars.

The PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Under 23 All-Stars will face Brisbane Roar at Queensland Sports and Athletics Centre (QSAC) on September 19, as part of a double header with the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues Finals Series.

The match will serve as important preparation for the three-time Hyundai A-League Champions and allow some of PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland's brightest young talents the chance to shine against one of the country's premier football clubs.

Four (4) midfielders will ultimately comprise the seventeen (17) player PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland All-Stars, however fans can only vote for one (1) - so be sure to make it count!

Roman Hofmann

Club: Palm Beach SC

Age: 21

About: A creative and attack-minded player with the adaptability to play a number of roles - including stints at striker this year. A product of the Queensland Academy of Sport, Hofmann returned to Sharks this year after a spell with Newcastle Jets Youth.

 

 

Jesse Rigby

Club: Western Pride FC

Age: 18

About: A tenacious and hard-working midfielder who was appointed captain of Pride this year when still 17. Continues to lead by example for Pride despite his team's late season form slump.

 

 

Grant Brix

Club: Redlands United FC

Age: 20

About: A naturally left-sided player but with the adaptability and skill-set to play multiple positions. After making his PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland debut last year, Brix has continued to progress to become a regular performer for the Red Devils in 2015.

 

 

Cameron Nucifora

Club: FNQ FC Heat

Age: 19

PS4NPLQLD 2015 Stats: 15 games / 1 goals

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 51 games / 4 goals

About: Debuted in 2013 and despite his age is one of the most experienced of the nominees. Has developed a reputation for his energy and tidy distribution - making an immediate impact off the bench for Heat against Oakleigh Cannons in the Westfield FFA Cup.

 

 

Matthew Capello

Club: Moreton Bay United FC

Age: 21

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 62 games / 9 goals

About: A stand-out for the high-flying Jets since making his debut in 2013, Capello has truly come of age in the current campaign. Boasting plenty of experience, a refined technique and an eye for goal, he has all the tools required to match it with Brisbane Roar.

 

 

 

Joseph Duckworth

Club: Western Pride FC

Age: 18

About: Has made a huge impact in his first season of PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland after departing UQFC in the off-season. The dynamic midfielder offers a sharp turn of pace and isn't afraid to run at defenders.

 

 

Alistair Quinn

Club: Olympic FC

Age: 22

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 24 games / 2 goals

About: Previously with Brisbane Strikers before embarking on a successful stint in the Netherlands, Quinn linked up with Olympic mid-season to immediate effect. Versatile, agile and technically adept, Quinn would be an asset to any midfield in the country.

 

 

 

Jacob Crowley

Club: Northern Fury FC

Age: 22

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 57 games / 2 goals

About: Debuting with CQFC Energy in 2013 before switching to Fury shortly after, the tenacious Crowley has matured to now become captain of the Townsville club. Composed on the ball but also willing to get stuck in defensively - he has earned a reputation as one of the hardest working midfielders in the competition.

 

Grant De Chastel

Club: Sunshine Coast FC

Age: 19

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 29 games / 0 goals

About: A Queensland Academy of Sport product who made his debut in 2013 for Fire. Has refined his game further in the past two seasons to become a vital cog in Fire's engine room. Known for his tough tackling and no-nonsense approach.

 

 

Stephen Green

Club: Moreton Bay United FC

Age: 20

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 10 games / 5 goals

About: Has made an immediate impact in PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland and proved a revelation for Jets since replacing Daniel Clark mid-season. Hard-working and blessed with a natural eye for goal. A genuine match-winner that promises to deliver plenty more in seasons to come.

 

Todd Norris

Club: Western Pride FC

Age: 19

PS4NPLQLD 2015 Stats: 14 games / 5 goals

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 22 games / 5 goals

About: Previously with with Brisbane Roar Youth before linking up with Perth Glory Youth in the Foxtel National Youth League. Has continued to impress since joining Pride mid-season, adding pedigree and professionalism in the club's middle third.

 

 

Thomas Fanning

Club: SWQ Thunder FC

Age: 21

PS4NPLQLD 2015 Stats: 19 games / 5 goals

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 35 games / 6 goals

About: Has progressed from the Youth Men's side to become a constant for the battling Thunder over the past two campaigns. His efforts have been rewarded by becoming the club's all-time leading goalscorer - netting five goals this season alone.

 

 

Joshua Ahern

Club: Brisbane Strikers FC

Age: 23

PS4NPLQLD 2015 Stats: 20 games / 2 goals

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 20 games / 2 goals

About: One of the unsung heroes for Strikers in his first PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland season. A strong and tireless presence in midfield whose high defensive workrate has been central to one of the competition's stingiest defences.

 

 

Benjamin Stanley

Club: Northern Fury FC

Age: 18

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 16 games / 0 goals

About: A bolter that made his debut in 2014 but has only become a regular this season for Fury. Despite just three starts for the club has proven his worth as a versatile option off the bench - playing midfield or higher up in behind the striker.
