Mixed breezes tested Tasmania's sailors at the Banjo’s Shoreline Crown Series Bellerive Regatta on February 20-22. Racing included the state championships for the SB20s and Elliot 5.9 sportsboats.

Hobart Regatta Teams Racing Regatta

A small but dedicated field of five teams showed up at the Hobart Regatta Grounds on Saturday February 6 to compete in the inaugural Yachting Tasmania Open Teams Racing Tournament. Three school teams, representing Hutchins and Fahan faced off against two teams from Kingston Beach Sailing Club in a strengthening sea breeze.

Working With Children Checks

The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 (the Act) has now come into effect. This act requires people who work closely with children in certain activities to be registered.
