Both Eastlake and Gungahlin will be excited to take the field this weekend in what should be a hard fought and close contest between two evenly matched teams.

This will be the final time these sides meet this year having already played each other on three occasions (the Demons currently hold the advantage winning two of those games).
If their last encounter is anything to go by this will be a tight match, scores were level at half time before a strong third quarter by Eastlake powered them home to a 14 point win.
Gungahlin will have the fresher legs after coming off a bye, but their last game will be one they’ll hope to forget quickly after losing to Belconnen by 194 points.
The Demons themselves are also coming off a heavy 146 point loss to competition leaders Ainslie, but coach, Dan Ryall, told The Canberra Times he was satisfied with how his team played.
Despite the result, Ryall said the Dees took a lot of confidence from the game and would use that to their advantage in the coming rounds.
However the Jets will be looking to make a statement after their disheartening performance two weeks ago and lift themselves off the bottom of the ladder.
As finals football is unlikely for these two sides, this match could determine who takes home the wooden spoon at the end of the season.
With this in mind, expect a game filled with high intensity and spirit as both teams enter the game with a point to prove.
First bounce will be at 2:15 this Saturday at Football Park.
