The dining room was full on Sunday evening of the Anzac Day, long weekend. There was the usual chatter and raucous laughter and every one enjoying themselves and having fun.
Suddenly there was silence. Members and guests stopped talking and listened. Some one was playing the piano, but this was no ordinary recital. This was special. At the end of a number there was applause and requests for more. The audience was treated to a mini concert. Applause followed numbers and requests for more. Quite a few dinners went cold while Nerida entertained the crowd.
Many thanks to a very talented 13 year old Nerida Willis, a student at Brentwood Secondary College Glen Waverley.
