Williamstown on top of the ladder, Richmond and Frankston in the top eight?
It can only mean one thing - the VFL form ladder.
As we count down to the VFL Legendairy Finals Series, we thought it was a good chance to look at the form of the various sides are we count down to season end. We formed the form ladder from results in the last five games for each side.
While there are not too many surprises down towards the bottom of the ladder, the top eight sees two new teams enter the top eight, and changes to the make up of the top four.
Williamstown tops the form ladder on percentage from Port Melbourne. The Seagulls are currently on a six game winning streak, with their last defeat coming in Round 10 against Box Hill Hawks - the only defeat for Williamstown its last 11 matches. Of the six wins in a row for Williamstown, only one win has been against a current top eight side.
Port Melbourne is on a seven game winning streak, but get pipped for top spot on percentage. The last loss for the Borough came in Round 10 to Footscray, which was part of back to back defeats - the only two Port Melbourne have suffered this year.
Footscray sits in third spot on the form ladder due to its Round 14 loss to Box Hill Hawks.
North Ballarat continues to climb the ladder, and are in the top four on the form ladder. While North Ballarat has not beaten a top eight side in its last five games, they did beat teams that were contending for a finals spot against in Northern Blues and Geelong.
Richmond is the biggest moved up the form ladder, jumping seven spots from their current 12th spot to fifth. The biggest scalp the Tigers claimed that was above them on the ladder in the last five matches has been Geelong.
Box Hill Hawks drop out of the top four, with defeats to Essendon and Collingwood in the last five matches.
Collingwood stays in seventh with mixed results of top eight scalps of Werribee and Box Hill Hawks, but defeats to sides outside the eight in Northern Blues and Frankston.
Frankston finds itself in eighth spot after a three game winning streak to start July. Included in that run of wins were two current top eight sides in Sandringham and Collingwood.
Geelong like Collingwood are still in nineth spot, big winners over Sandringham and Frankston, but also suffering three defeats in the last five games.
Werribee drops outside of the top eight with losses to top eight teams Footscray, Port Melbourne and Collingwood, but a win against top eight side North Ballarat.
Sandringham too drops from the top eight due to defeats to Frankston and Geelong.
