BASKETBALL FIJI NAMES 2009 NDP SENIOR SQUADS

The program comprises strength commencing in November, fitness commencing in January and practice sessions commencing in February.  As part of the preparation for the tournament in Saipan, the squads will compete in a Super League during the 6 weeks leading up to the departure for Saipan.  The addition of the USP Assessment Teams and the assistance from our Strength Coach, Della Sahw and our Physiotherapist, Sharlen Nand, will add to the professionalism for the 2009 program.  The National Youth Squads will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
