17-2's RUNNERS UP
Our 17-2 played off in a very tight, see-sawing 17 Section 2 grand final last night.
They played brilliantly all night and held a small lead for most of the game. The game had ebbs and flows with each team gaining control of the game at times. Unfortunately it ebbed to Waverley District in the final minutes and they pulled out to a 4 goal lead. To the 17-2's credit they fought back to be only one goal down but the ran out of time to go down by 2.
