Help shape the future of football!
A message from AFL CEO, GillonMcLachlan
Community football is the lifeblood of our game, and we are keen to know your views on what you think are the biggest challenges and opportunities facing our game.
The AFL and our state and territory partners (AFL Qld, AFL NSW/ACT, AFL NT, AFL Tas, AFL Vic, the SANFL and the WAFC) are interested to see what you think of Australian Football; where it is today and where it should be in the future.
Whether you are a league board member, manager or staff member, a club volunteer, player, coach, president, committee member, an umpire, or involved in any way –we would like to know what you think about community football in your area.
Your league, club or umpiring group is one of over 260 leagues, almost 2,700 clubs across the nation, a network that has over 330,000 players, 24,000 coaches and almost 13,000 umpires at the community level.
Your views will help the AFL, in partnership with your state or territory body; make decisions that support your club or league in the future.
I know you are passionate about football, and that’s why we need to hear your views.
It should only takeabout 20 minutes to complete the Community Football Survey which is accessible via the link below.
The more we know the views of people at community football level, the stronger we can make our game.
This is important to me as CEO of the AFL, and I thank you for your time in providing your view.
