AFL NSW/ACT Regional Manager Mark Heaney said Sincock’s wealth of experience will be a valuable addition to the team.
"Jason has 15 years local involvement in football on the North Coast, and his knowledge of the history of the clubs will be extremely useful," he said.
"We are tremendously excited about the potential growth in this area, and Jason’s willingness to undertake some progressive initiatives to grow the game across the region."
Sincock has enjoyed a successful football career at the Coffs Harbour Swans, playing in the first grade side from 1996-2006. He was part of the Premiership winning team in 1999 and was selected as a North Coast representative player from 1996-1999. Prior to his involvement with the Swans, he played for both the Girral West Wyalong Bulldogs and the Lake Cargelligo Tigers
