ROMSEY has experienced an up and down season, but is confident it can get on a roll in time for Riddell District Netball League finals.
The Redbacks are fielding a new-look A Grade side this year after being knocked out in an elimination final by one goal in 2015 and are under the guidance of a new coach in Lena Way.
However, they are posting similar results to last season, a finals appearance again on the radar with the side sitting fifth on the ladder with four rounds remaining.
“We’re going pretty well, actually,” Romsey goalshooter Hope Evans said.
“We had a late start to the season. We were struggling to field a side to begin with, but we’ve come together.
“We’ve had our ups and downs because we haven’t had a full side for more than one or two rounds because we’ve had girls away or injured.
