Nothern Review
BROADFORD senior footballers earned their 11th win in a row with a commanding 65-point win over Wallan on Saturday at Harley Hammond Reserve. The Roos never looked in doubt in a dominant performance that saw Matt Bulluss, Rex Hickman and Corey Viani dominate the scoreboard and combine with Brodie Holland, Josh Pound and Grant Wearne to be in the side’s best.
“I think the boys just played the conditions really well by hand and foot and just were that little bit better in the contest,” co-senior coach Skip Bray said. “There is always an advantage when you are at home but the conditions were heavy and we just adapted really well.”
The Roos are confident they can continue this fine form and make it twelve in a row against Melton Centrals this week heading into the 2016 finals series.
