How long have you been playing for?
I’ve been playing basketball ever since the 10th grade. I’m not like everybody else, everybody else started a lot younger at the age of 5 and 7. I actually started at 15, it is a pretty big accomplishment to be playing for only that long and be where I am at now.
Who do you look up to as a role model?
- Damian Lillard: I look up to guys that have big names in the NBA but they are not getting much respect, guys like Lillard, he’s one of my favourite players.
- Russell Westbrook: I like watching Westbrook because our style of play is very similar.
- Steph Curry: Everyone loves Curry. I love him because he is a man of God, he represents God and his passion is something I really appreciate.
What would you say your absolute goal is for basketball?
Well for this league in particular it would be obviously be winning the championship, becoming a better basketball player, a better leader and understanding the game a little bit more at this pro level.
