How long have you been playing for?
That goes way back. I think I first picked up a ball maybe 3rd grade.
Where are you from?
I am from Indianapolis, Indiana but spent the last 6 or 7 years growing up in Chicago.
So do you support the Pacers or Chicago in the NBA?
Neither actually, I have an older brother who actually plays in the NBA. He was just traded from the Memphis Grizzlies over to the Charlotte Hornets, Courtney Lee. So wherever he bounces around is pretty much where I’m a fan.
Are there any other players that you look up to in the NBA?
I mean hands down you got to be a LeBron fan, he’s just a maniac on the court, can play every position, does everything well, just his knowledge of the game. But I would say right now my favourite player to watch would be Kawhi Leonard, just how humble he is and his desire, his passion and the love he has is just amazing.
What would you say your absolute goal is for basketball?
The dream is always the NBA, you always want to play at that highest level. But I’ll take whatever I can get as long as I get to continue playing the game that I love and just keep moving forward.
