Membership registration for the 2015 season is open.
This article explains how to register or reregister your membership as a Player, Coach or Team Official with a Club of the BDJFA. This article also explains how to register for Auskick and as an Umpire.
Please consider the following information carefully. How you register will depend on a few things including the status of your current membership and which club you're trying to register with. After reading the following information and you're unsure about registration, please forward an email to bdjfa.reg@live.com.au, or text or phone Andrew on 0407 470 910.
NOTE: To register, you will require a valid and active email address. If you do not have an email account, please create one (remembering to record you email address). Several free email service providers are available (e.g. gmail.com, outlook.com, mail.yahoo.com and others) with webmail access so you can access your email from any computer linked to the internet (including most public libaries).
Options for membership registration
AFL Auskick (PP to Year 2)...
To register for Auskick, please visit www.aflauskick.com.au/register/ and follow the prompts. Where you're asked to select an Auskick Centre, either use 'Find by postcode' (e.g. 6280, 6281, 6282) or 'Find by Centre' (e.g. Busselton, Dunsborough or Vasse).
Umpires...
If you would like to umpire junior football matches and participate in the umpiring development programme, please contact Andrew on 0407 470 910. NOTE: Online registration will be made available soon.
Year 11s Player...
To register to play for Busselton as a Year 11 player under the SWJFL, please contact Garry on 0411 138 675.
Reregister with the same club...
If you're already a member with a Club of the BDJFA and wish to reregister with that same club for 2015, please complete the online registration form.
Previously participated with Auskick but now wants to join a junior AFL grade (Y3 to Y10)...
Please note that BDJFA grades start at the Year 3 level. If you're PP, Year 1 or Year 2, please register for the Auskick programme (referring above). BDJFA Junior AFL starts at Year 3.
If you last participated in Australian Football at an Auskick centre and you have not already registered with an Australian Football club (anywhere in Australia), select the option to 'I am registering to participate...' on the online registration form.

New to the District but previously participated in junior AFL (anywhere in Australia)...
If you've previously participated in junior AFL but you're new to the Busselton district, please note that your membership must first be transferred from your old club before you're able to register with your preferred club. Please contact your preferred club to arrange a transfer.

Transfer to a different Club of the BDJFA...
If you're already a member of a Club of the BDJFA but would like to transfer to a different Club of the BDJFA, please note that your membership will need to be transferred before you may register with your preferred Club. Please contact your preferred club to arrange a transfer.
New to Australian Football (Year 3 to Year 10)...
If you're new to Australian Football and you're not registered with an Australian Football club (anywhere in Australia), please complete the online registration form, selecting the option 'I am registering to participate...'. If you've played AFL as part of a school based programme, you may still register this way, provide you have not previously registered as a member of an Australian Football club.

I've completed the registration form. What happens next?...
After completing the registration form you should receive a confirmation email. Then, normally within a few days, should you be contacted by a representative of the club or organisation that you registered with.
If the club does not contact you within a few days, please contact the club direct, referring to the contact details page.
