We Need you to help enhance delivery of Basketball services in Busselton – immediate start

The Busselton Basketball Association has experienced significant growth in recent years and is now looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic competition coordinator to assist with the growth and development of the sport of Basketball in the City of Busselton.

In addition to the hours attributed to court managing, the administrator will be employed for additional hours to assist with the day to day operations of the association.

Seasonal Hours – School terms 1 and 4 - 25 to 30 Hours a week. (September – March)
Off Season Hours – 10 Hours a week. (April – August).
From $24.00 per hour

Essential Key Selection Criteria:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
A strong customer service focus
Good conflict management skills - reporting to the Committee where required
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Basketball and sport in general
The ability to set priorities, meet time-frames and work independently where required
Sound financial background

Optional Selection Criteria:

Prepared to be trained in using Fox Sports Pulse programs
Excellent data entry skills and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to discuss and resolve problems
An ability to communicate with staff, volunteers and to work effectively in a team environment
A positive attitude towards learning new skills and gaining new knowledge
