The Eltham Wildcats Basketball Club is pleased to announce the new partnership with Max Kirwan Mazda; the new naming rights partner of the Junior Championship Program for the Wildcats.

The Kirwan family has had a long and distinguished history in local sport with their family heavily involved in the Wildcats for a long period of time, with their children being players through their junior careers at domestic and championship level. The family has also given back, by being involved as junior coaches and even today, Max Jr competes weekly in our Telstra Shop (The Pines) Senior Midweek Competitions. You will also find Max Jr as one of our poster boys at Eltham High School court 2 from his younger years!

But their link hasn't only been with the Wildcats. Tremendous supporters of junior sport, Max Kirwan Mazda had been a long time supporter and sponsor of the Eltham Junior Football Club, showing their commitment to  junior sport and the health of the local community through fitness and participation.

You will already see the Max Kirwan logo placed on the back of every junior championship singlet (red side) and you will note the subtle change the team at Kirwan Mazda made in their logo to reflect their commitment to the Wildcats team and basketball in general.
