Forfeit Procedure
EMAIL hjba@bigpond.com with details by 4.00pm the day prior or phone Barb Menzel on 0490 051 175.
PHONE your Club representative or Bec VanKalken on 0428 875 932.
Note the following:
1. You will be required to contact HILAC on 555 143 00 to cancel your court 24hrs prior, to avoid court hire charges.
2. If Umpires do not receive 24 hrs notice by HJBA, prior to the game, they will be paid by the forfeiting team.
Provide full 24 hour notice to avoid the $60 fine (before 4.00pm).
