Rep Travel Infomation
Please note that following information needs to be obtained from your teams. For those teams not yet selected they will be advised by no later than 29th August, 2014. You will then have until Monday 1st September, 2014 5pm to have your responses to me. Responses need to be sent in the following format.
A team list showing all players names have or will be forwarded to managers andcoaches. To be clear and transparent I require the coach or manager of each team to place a YES to travelling on the bus as a group beside the players name or a NO beside the players.
The majority will rule for the entire representative program. Please understand that this does not mean that individual teams will have a choice, the travel for the representative program will be decided by the vote received from all participants.
This will then close the subject and results will be published showing players names and their vote to ensure we are being transparent. All Coaches/Managers MUST have a response from every player and a random check will be done.
