How many times have you heard the saying, “You’re only as good as you last game?”
Well if that’s true, for Brisbane Capitals QBL fans it was a double win over the Toowoomba Mountaineers in front of just over 1000 fans who packed into NAB Stadium, Auchenflower to witness both men’s and women’s team advance to the QBL Final Four for the first time in over a decade.
Despite the two games being played over five weeks ago, the atmosphere, the crowd, the entertainment, and the games itself plus the overall presentation is still being hailed to this day within the Caps community, as the best night ever!
Webster’s dictionary describes the word best as; of the highest quality, excellence, or standing, most advantageous, suitable or desirable.
It’s natural to want to be the best and to want to be associated with the best.
The Brisbane Capitals are taking care of the first part of that statement but we need you to complement the second part of it.
Can you imagine your company logo on the singlets of the best team? What about your website on the baseline of the best basketball floor? Want to enjoy the best corporate hospitality in your very own eight seat box? How about signing up as the best season members in the league?
The place has been a buzz in 2013 and it’s only going to get better in 2014 so strike while the iron is hot.
“The partnership opportunities that have been created for the QBL program in 2014 are second to none, extremely affordable and community based to allow us to really focus on bridging the gap between the QBL and the juniors, QBL Operations Manager Big Joe said.
“We’ve set the bar really high last season, which was the plan. We achieved all goals and now it’s time to raise it once again and achieve them again,” he added.
“The corporate boxes have been the most popular as we’ve purchased new contoured seating with back rests ensuring our corporates are comfortable. The floor decals also as it’s the first time on offer, plus you won’t get the level of game night entertainment we’re going to provide anywhere else for the price, so my advice is to get in early,” he concluded.
