Acceleration Speed and Strength Programs

To successfuly compete in our game physicial development is a very important element AND is often overlooked or set aside until it is too late....

 

The Speed Session is a 30 minute session on Friday afternoons. You can either train from 4pm - 4:30pm or 5pm - 5:30pm.

The strength session is a 60 minute Physical Development Session that runs from 6:15pm to 7:15pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. This is the perfect way to get progressively stronger and more flexible for the game of basketball.
