Media Release: Former German Pro League A MVP - Lee Jeka signs with Hume City Broncos

Hume City Broncos are pleased to announce the signing of Lee Jeka.

Jeka is 6’4” (193cm) point guard with a decorated career both in Australia and overseas, including the 2011 MVP award in the German Pro League A (the same award NBA superstar Dirk Nowitzki once won).

Prior to playing professionally overseas Lee also played in Australia’s NBL alongside the now coach of the Hume City Broncos Lanard Copeland.

Copeland said on signing Jeka “Lee’s experience and ability to be a general on the floor will be a huge asset for Hume City in 2015. Every great team needs a smart point guard with a good head on his shoulders and Lee’s knowledge of the game and ability to lead those around him is going to be huge for us”.

Further player signings will be announced in the near future.
