Milo's Magic 400

Mandurah Magic's Casey Mihovilovich will tonight establish herself as a WSBL record holder being the first female player to reach 400 SBL games with one club!

In an amazing 20 year SBL career that commenced in 1996, Milo has played only for the Mandurah Magic missing just two seasons in 2000 & 2012.

Milo's career highlights include being awarded the leagues Most Valuable Player in 2011, being selected in the SBL 25 year team and being named in the All-Star five on multiple occassions (most recently in 2015).

Milo has played in four WSBL Grand Finals with the Magic in 03, 05', 06' and 09', however has yet to experience her ultimate goal of winning an SBL Championship.

"With 2 kids and full time work as a Director of a local government, I high five myself when it is Friday just because I have made it through the week" Milo said when asked about her record breaking milestone.

Mihovilovich now sits sixth in the all time games record holder list for the WSBL with second position in reaching distance this season, only ten games away.

When asked about going another 113 games to reach Sue Williams all time record of 512, Casey replied,

"Sue as the record holder is safe, but I will take the record for doing it only with playing for one club".

400 games alone is an amazing achievement and the loyalty shown by playing all games for one club is even more remarkable.

On behalf of everyone at the SBL we would like to congratulate Milo on her record breaking milestone.

Slammers take on the Magic tonight in Milo's 400th game, get down to Eaton Recreation Centre early tonight before the 6:30pm tip-off for a special presentation by a member of the SBL Commission.
