Games, training and programs around Melbourne Cup
This is the situation regarding games, training and programs around Melbourne Cup:
Domestic
- Domestic girls training is on as usual tonight 27th October
- There are no games on Saturday 1st November
- There will be no domestic girls training next Monday 3rd November (Cup Eve)
- Domestic boys training will run on both Thursday 30th October & 6th November
Representative
- There are no games on Friday 31st October
- Rep training on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th November, will go ahead if wanted by coaches and sufficient players are available. Please note some teams are training Monday instead of Tuesday
- 14.1 boys Monday 5.30 - 7.30 Fitzroy
- 14.2 boys not training
- 18.2 & 18.4 not training, but can attend on Monday 7.30 - 9.30 Collingwood with 18.1s & 18.3s
- 18.1 & 18.3 boys Monday (instead of Tuesday this week only) 7.30 - 9.30 Collingwood
- 16.4 & 16.5 boys Tuesday 5.30 - 7.30 Thornbury
- 14.3 boys Tuesday 5.00 - 7.00 Collingwood
- 14.4 boys no training
- 16.3 boys Tuesday 7.00 - 8.30 Collingwood
- There are games for all teams on Friday 7th November and fixtures are available on the VJBL website.
Beginner Programs & AAA
- There is no Aussie Hoops, Mini Ball or AAA this Saturday 1st November
- There is no After School All Star Hoops and Mini Ball on Tuesday 4th November (Cup Day)
Open Age
Open age training on Monday 3rd November - to be advised
