Notice of Special General Meeting, Tuesday 8th December 2015
In accordance with article 11 of the Rules of Association of Collingwood Basketball Association Inc, notice is given of the following Special General Meeting:
Meeting date:
Tuesday December 8, 2015
Place:
Collingwood College Meeting Room (entrance through school reception)
Time:
7.15 pm - 7.30 pm
Purpose of Meeting:
To vote on a motion to change the association’s financial year from the current period spanning October 1 to September 30, to the proposed period spanning January 1 to December 31.
All members are invited to attend if they wish. As this is a Special General Meeting, the above ‘Purpose of Meeting’ is the only item to be discussed.
A “Member” is:
- A parent or guardian of a current junior domestic or junior representative player
- A current Open Age player
- A coach, team manager or current committee member who is not the parent of a junior player but has paid the membership-only fee
- A life member
