Introduction to Representative Basketball (7th Aug) and Rep Ready Programs (commencing 14th Aug)
Girls born between 2004 and 2005, and boys born between 2004 and 2008 with competitive basketball experience, who are not yet playing representative basketball, are invited to attend:
Introduction to Representative Basketball

The representative ("rep") program is for players who want to play quality basketball at higher levels. Rep games are on Friday evenings, and the 2016/2017 season starts in October. We know that players who start playing rep early gain a good foundation for ongoing strong performance and enjoyment. That's why we are offering an Introduction to Rep session, followed by a Rep Ready program.
Starting on Sunday August 7th, the first session is an obligation-free introduction for players and their families to check it out and have a training session, and for parents to find out more about Friday night rep basketball.
Then, we will be offering a program of three 75 minute Rep Ready sessions, at a cost of $30 for the series. This is designed for those players who want to develop their skills and learn more, and will give them a good start if they decide to attend rep selection trials in October.
The Introduction to Rep and Rep Ready programs will be run at the following times:

The sessions will be run by our experienced rep coaches including Head of Coaching Gani Sakiri, Garry Barker, Simon Robinson, Tony Corr and Big V Captain Manny Hendrix.
The Rep Ready program will carry no obligation on players, parents or the club to committing to rep team selection.
