With a proud and long history, there comes a time to reflect on what has made the League as successful as it is today, and the people who have been involved.
The GOTAFE GVFL Board was delighted to witness the formation of the Hall of Fame in 2014 and last Sunday night we welcomed the second group of inductees.
This means that eight more people who have made special contributions to the GOTAFE GVFL as players and administrators were recognised for their performance and dedication to this great league.
This 2nd group of inductees are well deserving of the accolade that was bestowed upon them last weekend and we as a league are privileged to have them in our Hall of Fame.
Once again I would like to thank the Hall of Fame Chairman Freddo McMahon and the Committee (Don Kilgour, Ian Howard, Barry Kilpatrick and Lawrie Casey) for the time and effort they take in selecting the deserved additions to this esteemed group.
Last but by no means least I want to again congratulate the 8 men who were inducted into this small but very select group as the GOTAFE GVFL Hall of Fame class of 2015.
