Topics covered will be: Compiling, implementing and evaluating your weekly training plan; Balancing development, practice and competitive activities; Addressing your teams key areas for improvement; Making sessions flow; Preparing for your opponent; Ways to best utilize your assistant coach; Coach-player communication; Getting on top of behavior; Instilling a great work ethic; Driving enthusiasm at training; and Developing leadership within your team.
