Merry Christmas Everyone
The Board and the Staff want to wish you all a fun filled and joyful Christmas with family and friends. We hope that you all have a well deserved break. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2015.
We have a number of summer leagues happening in term 1 so make sure you check this out. Could be your preseason fitness and opportunity to get your head in the game again. Fast 5 Friday is also here again. This is lots of fun. Fast furious fitness for those that want a good run around.
Keep safe over the festive season and PLEASE no unwanted injuries happening out there.
