Netball Central Coach Development Officer (20 hours per week)

NETBALL CENTRAL COACH DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (20 HOURS PER WEEK)

Following a review of Netball's National delivery structure, Netball Central are now recruiting a part-time Coach Development Officer to work as part of a team to lead and deliver coach development within our Zone. Reporting to the Zone Community Netball Manager, this new role will support coaches across Netball Central Zone and enhance the standard of coach development training and programme delivery. Additionally, you'll deliver the national coach development programme, which is designed to strengthen the overall coaching level and quality nationally.

To secure this position, you'll have broad sporting sector knowledge, experience and extensive knowledge of coach development as well as experience in training development, teaching and/or coaching. It will be important for you to have a strong understanding of Community Netball and the Netball Development Officer network. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders by sharing relevant information will be crucial skills you must possess.
