Players must have played 5 games with the team to be eligible for finals.

Once a player has played 3 games with the team, Byes and Opposition Forfeits count towards games played.

Only players that have met eligibility requirements have been included in this list.

Scoresheets will be preprinted with these names - no hand written names added to the scoresheet (unless written in by OBA) will be allowed to play.
