Nominations Open for Clubs SA 2014 Awards of Excellence
Nominations are now open for the Clubs SA 2014 Awards of Excellence.
It’s that time of year again to tell the unique story of Community Clubs and the wonderful work they do. 2015 is set to be the best year yet with simplified nomination and judging processes and less paperwork than ever, we are set for another cracking year!
See below the simple 5 step process required to enter the 2014 Clubs SA Awards of Excellence.
Step 1: Download an 'Expression of Interest Form' and a list of '2014 Award Categories'
Step 2: Return the 'Expression of Interest Form' to Clubs SA House before you begin filling out your nominations.
Step 3: Download a 'Section 1 Club Details Form' and all relevant 'Nomination Forms.'

Step 4: Ensure all forms are completed and all supporting documentation including photos have been collated.
Step 5: Submit your completed 'Section 1 Club Details Form' and all relevant 'Nomination Forms' as well as attachments via Email or USB no later than 4:00pm Monday 4th August 2014.
