FFSA launches beyondblue Charity Cup

Football Federation SA (FFSA) is pleased to announce the inaugural beyondblue Charity Cup to be held on Friday 6 February, 2015.

Held at Adelaide Shores Football Centre, the event will see 2014 South Australian National Premier League (NPL) Champions Croydon Kings face 2014 Coca-Cola Federation Cup winners Adelaide City in the first time match, raising funds for FFSA’s nominated charity, beyondblue

The beyondblue Charity Cup provides the opportunity for the Football Family to join together and assist with this worthy cause, while providing a great night of football action. Admission to the ground is by gold coin with proceeds going directly to beyondblue.

Prior to the beyondblue Charity Cup, a curtain raiser featuring former National Soccer League (NSL) rivals, West Adelaide and South Melbourne, will kick off the football action.

Both West Adelaide and South Melbourne enjoyed a long and successful history in the former NSL and are now looking to repeat this success in the PlayStation 4 National Premier League (PS4NPL). South Melbourne were  crowned the 2014 NPL Victoria Champions and reached the semi-finals of the PS4NPl Final series, being defeated by South Australia’s MetroStars. Both State and club pride are on the line as the clubs continue their build up to the start of the 2015 PS4NPL Season.
