FFSA to run Free clinics in Mt Gambier for NSR Australia Regional Round

Football Federation SA (FFSA) is pleased to advise of free upcoming clinics in Mount Gambier in the lead up to the upcoming NSR Australia Regional Round. 

FFSA Game Development Officer and ex-Adelaide United FC player Cristiano Dos Santos will be in Mount Gambier on Tuesday 10 March to visit Apollo Soccer Club. 

Cristiano will run a clinic for boys and girls aged 9-13 years from 4-6pm reflecting the Skill Acquisition Phase of the National Curriculum. 

Additionally, Head Coach of Men’s Football – National Training Centre (NTC) Carl Veart will run a clinic for boys and girls aged 14-17 years from 4-6pm at International Soccer Club focusing on the Game Training Phase. 

Veart, a former Socceroo and an ex-Adelaide United FC player is originally from Whyalla and praises the Regional Round as a fantastic opportunity to give back to regional areas, proving to country children that football can take you places. 

FFSA AIA Vitality MiniRoos Officer Igor Negrao will be in Mount Gambier on Friday 13 March to run the Discovery Phase with boys and girls aged 5-9 years at Centrals Soccer Club, 5.00 pm. 

International Soccer Club host the main event on Saturday 14 March with the Round 6 PlayStation4 National Premier League match between MetroStars and Adelaide City. 

Support your local Western Border Soccer Association Club by purchasing tickets prior to kick-off, with all proceeds going directly back to the club. 

Please note - No registration for any of the clinics is required.
