The Gippsland Soccer League is calling for applications from suitable persons to take on the role of Emerging Talent Program Team coach for various age groups in 2015. 

The establishment of the Emerging Talent Program (ETP) has been a result of acceptance of the ‘Accelerated Development Program’ presented and jointly supported by GSL Club Presidents at a meeting in Mirboo North September 2013. In 2014 the GSL entered two ETP Squads (U/13 & U/15 Boys) in FFV's Metropolitan League Competitions with the view to increase participation in this competition in 2015. The ETP also further supports links between Community Football, Talented Pathways, State Representative Teams and the GSL’s vision for Talented Player/Advanced Coaching Pathways & Volunteer recruitment. It is also the first step towards providing a platform for Gippsland to be included in the National Premier League in 2017.

Interviews will be conducted with all suitable applicants at a date set by the Gippsland Soccer League Inc.

All successful applicants will be offered a remuneration package including support into the Advanced Coach Education pathway.
