Well our first week of Junior fixtures went off pretty well. 

We welcome a number of new faces to our association.  

We once again have six teams in our U10s, U12s and U14 age groups which is fantastic.   We also have four U16 teams this season which we hope to keep playing at an intense level.   Remember the teams are not finalised yet and there have been a few minor changes from week 1.   Please check the team lists again.   

Remember parents we need your assistance during our fixtures.   Please watch the weekly draw to see if you are rostered on to score (which includes taking the team uniforms home that week to wash) and/or canteen duty. 

This weekend we held our first Representative trial camp with all Rep coaches and keen athletes attending to learn from current Qld North U18 Mens coach Brady Walmsley who travelled down from Townsville to assist our Representative program.   We hope to have Brady back the weekend of the 23^rd and 24^th of August 2014.  

Rep training will commence this week for most age groups.  Watch your emails for training times.
