Calling All Coaches

The Northern Suburbs Basketball Association is committed to providing quality junior representative basketball opportunities to players, coaches and managers.
The NSBA will enter teams in the Basketball New South Wales Metropolitan Junior League in 2016 and will compete in the MJL, as well as other tournaments and games during the year.

Expressions of Interest are now being called for coaches wishing to be considered for a head or assistant coaching role with the NSBA Junior Representative Program in 2016

Interested coaches should consider the following prior to submitting their Expression of Interest –

Coaches must possess a current NCAS Level One accreditation as a minimum or be in the process of obtaining the accrediation.
Coaches will be expected to have current NSW Working with Children Check.
Coaches will be required to attend two scheduled training sessions per week during the program duration, as well as be available for games played on a Sunday, March to August.

Selection trials will be held during the period Sunday, October 18 to Thursday, November 19
and coaches will be required to attend the following trials dates:
