$80.00 per team enclosed with the nomination form. Please be advised that once teams have been included in the draw we are unable to refund the nomination fee. Fees MUST be paid when submitting the nomination. Fees may be paid by direct deposit to:

Emerald Netball Association, Wide Bay Australia, BSB 656 400, Account 1028 41780. Please quote the team’s name as reference.

First aid equipment: All associations are to supply their own first aid provisions.

Umpires:  Each team must provide an umpire with at least Level 1 accreditation or comparable experience. Please ensure this is not the team coach as they may be required to umpire at the same time as their team is playing.

(Emerald Netball Association will not be in a position to assist with visiting teams’ umpiring duties.)

Codes of conduct:

Players, coaches, officials, parents and spectators are to abide by the Codes of Conduct of our sport and the principles of the ‘Positive or it’s pointless’ program to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Associations are strongly advised to remind parents/spectators of what is acceptable sideline behavior at a netball carnival. This includes no coaching from the sideline by anyone other than the team coach.

Modified rules:

The 8/U, 9/U and 10/U (if playing on 8ft posts) divisions will be played under modified rules. Teams will not be required to rotate positions and can defend the shot. Centre passes will be taken in turns as per normal netball rules. Positional/player changes will be during breaks only (except in the case of injury).

Shade & seating:

There is no seating or shade at our facility so teams must bring their own. ENA will not be responsible for the security of shade structures overnight.

Canteen:

A full canteen facility will be available during the weekend, including breakfast on Sunday morning – please support it.
