Development continues at Yat Sen Primary School

On Wednesdays from 3.15pm to 4.15pm coaching clinics have been conducted at Yat Sen Primary Schools. The clinics are conducted by Mark Seccombe (Australian Youth Ambassdor) with the assisant of Laisiasa Puamau ( Development Officer for Fiji) and Allan Price National Under 20 Mens basketball rep. The students at Yat Sen Primary School are introduced to the basic skills of basketball during the clinics. For the first 45 minutes basic skills are been taught and than this followed by real 5 on 5 basketball game for 15 minutes. Today we had up to 30 kids training after school.  It is very encouraging to witness the excitment and energy that these kids bring with them week in and week out. The development in the school will continue every week until the school break. We look forward to working closely with the school in the weeks to come.
