YOUTH TEAMS DEPART TO GUAM

The Korean Air flight was delayed for 30 minutes for departure but by 10.10 am we were in the air and headed for Seoul, Korea.  A tiring 10 hour flight was filled with some sleeping, some watching movies and some chatting.  It was a tired group that deplaned in Seoul just after 5.00pm their time.  A 3 hour wait over and then it was line up again to get aboard another Korean Air flight to Guam.  Some players were amused that on our way to Seoul we had passed by Guam and now would fly 3 ½ hours back from where we came.

Another tired lot emerged from the plane at Guam, and after going though immigration and collecting their luggage it was finally on a bus for the 15 minute drive to the Ohana Oceanview Resort.  Most managed to get to bed by around 4.00am.  For many this was their first time to travel such a distance and to experience the rigours of long flights, and so the advice from Albert Miller might now start to sink in.  The main thing is that everyone is safe and well.
