Got a Shooter? We do...

Notre Dame High School Senior Jarred Meno took home a story to tell his friends and family. One of the legendary coaches, George Raveling, asked for his contact information. Exact words," Jarred is the sleeper of the tournament". What does this mean? No one knows where Guam is therefore no one expects anything special from our boys' or girls'.

But George Raveling saw something special in Jarrend Meno. So special, after Jarred won the silver medal in the shooting competition, approached Coach Thompson about Meno. After speaking to Meno, Raveling took out a pad and pen for Meno to write down his contact information.

Not only is Raveling a legendary coach, he is also a Division I recruiter and scout, and the Director of International Basketball Global Sports Marketing of NIKE.

So what did Jarred Meno take home? Hope to play for a Division I school, a story about meeting George Raveling, and a silver medal.
