GBC Announces Micronesian Games Tryouts
The Guam Basketball Confederation announces open Tryouts for the Guam Men's and Women's National Basketball Teams in preparation for the upcoming Micronesian Games that will be held on the island of Pohnpei from July 20th thru July 29th, 2014. These tryouts are open to all persons interested that meet a minimum 5 year residency requirement. Players need not be born on Guam. Any Local, Military, International or Stateside hires who meet the minimum 5 year residency qualifications may be eligible to participate. Tryouts will be held on 3 days only, January 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2014 at the University of Guam Field House from 6:30-9:00pm.
