THE GUAM BASKETBALL SUMMIT 2015 IS SET FOR THIS WEEKEND!

FIBA Officials have arrived in Guam for a series of planning sessions and discussions with Government officials, Coaches, Players, Sponsors, etc. After a successful summer for Guam’s National Program, FIBA Oceania officials scheduled this visit to Guam to assist with further development of the sport and to help take the national program to the next level!

The Summit will allow for discussion with basketball coaches, ad...ministrators, organizers & officials who impact youth basketball in Guam. We also look forward to sharing plans for our national program to further develop & cultivate the sport, including the rehabilitation of the Tiyan Gym as a training center and community hub for competition.

The Summit kicks off with a round-table involving Government Leaders at the Adelup Main Conference Room on Friday, November 6th at 4pm. More basketball community discussions will take place on Sunday, November 8th at the GNOC Office Conference room located in Matie.

3pm – for all GYBA Board Members, Club Team Coaches
