La Gran Fiesta del Baloncesto Nacional se jugará en la ciudad de Coronel Oviedo del Departamento de Caaguazú, desde el 18 al 25 de febrero, con la participación de 10 Federaciones de todo el país que pelearán con lo mejor de su básquetbol para quedarse con la COPA FEDERACIONES OVIEDO 2010 en la Categoría Pasarela (SUB-14) a jugarse en el "Coliseo Departamental de Cerrito".
