Congratulations to our 2015 State Champions!

It was a wonderful week long celebration of all things Hoop Time between Monday 23rd - Friday 27th November at Dandenong Stadium! We had some wonderful games and some tight contests. But ultimately there could only be 1 winner in each division & it was a great mix of teams, some winning their 1st ever Hoop Time State title, other schools adding to their State titles from previous years.

Here is a small snapshot of our State Champions for 2015:

Junior (Gr 3/4) All Star Girls State Champions: St Martin of Tours PS

Championship Final Result: St Martin of Tours PS def St Finbars PS (11-7)

This is St Martin's 5th Hoop Time State Title - it is the Jr ASG 3rd straight win & 4th in 5 years!

 

Junior (Gr 3/4) All Star Boys State Champions: St Joseph's PS Warrnambool

Championship Final Result: St Joseph's PS Warrnambool def Marymede CC (19-12)

This is St Joseph's 3rd Hoop Time State Title - their last one coming only 2 years ago with the Sr All Star Boys!

 

Junior (Gr 3/4) Future Stars State Champions: Doncaster Gardens PS

Championship Final Result: Doncaster Gardens PS def Cardinia PS (19-4)

This is Doncaster Gardens' 1st ever Hoop Time State Title!

 

Senior (Gr 5/6) Future Stars State Champions: Westgrove PS

Championship Final Result: Westgrove PS def Patterson Lakes PS (13-5)

This is Westgrove's 2nd Hoop Time State Title - it was also their Senior Future Stars who took out the title in 2011!

 

Senior (Gr 5/6) All Star Boys State Champions: Beaumaris PS

Championship Final Result: Beaumaris PS def Donvale CC (24-18)

This is Beaumaris' 1st ever Hoop Time State Title!

 

Senior (Gr 5/6) All Star Girls State Champions: Yarra Road PS

Championship Final Result: Yarra Road PS def Westmeadows PS (13-11)

This is Yarra Road's 2nd Hoop Time State Title after they won the Senior All Star Boys title in 2011!
