Boston to move up

THE Boston basketball club will not leave any stones unturned as they gear up to the second day of the Easter Championship at the Vodafone Arena. Laced with former natio-nal reps Mala Ravai, Wai-sea Dau, Akuila Vocamalua and Eroni Cinavilakeba, Boston will be one of the top teams in the competition. Cinavilakeba said they had difficulties in training as a team but that would not deter their performance as a team. "Most of the players are committed to their work but they do their own training, we're confident of moving up another notch on the court," he said. Cinavilakeba said it would be a challenge to improve on their quarter-finals exit last year. "We'll be playing some very good teams in the competition. It's going to be tough but we're willing to play as a team and provide the competition agai-nst other teams in the cou-ntry," he said. Boston played Suva/Laucala champions Saints last night. Today's competition starts at 6pm at the Vodafone Arena.
