Birchgrove Oval

Birchgrove Oval is a Sydney Combined Competition (SCC) venue based in the Balmain Junior Rugby League area.

The ground is located on The Terrace, Grove St and Deloitte Ave in Birchgrove/Balmain near Snails Bay at Parramatta River.

Birchgrove Oval was the host of 176 premiership matches from 1908 to 1942 including the very first professional match of Rugby League in Australia with the Balmain Tigers featuring in 153 of them.
